Registration Fee
- Early Registration Fee: $80 per student (by January 27th)
- Registration Fee: $100 per student

- Campus Safety & Security Fee: $50 per student

- Wednesday Fine Arts: $720 per child
- STEM: $500 per class (includes supply fee)
- Early Drop-Off: $200 per child
Tuition: Academy 4th-8th

- STEM: (if choosing this as elective there is an additional $100 supply fee)
- Pre-Algebra $500
- 6th-8th Advanced Drama: $475
- Study Hall: $200 per study hall
Tuition: High School
- All High School Courses: $535 per course
- High School Bundle (3 courses): $1,450
- High School Lab Fees: $75
- High School Study Halls: $150 each
- High School Honors Fee: $100 per course (paid to teacher)
Open House
Excelsior offers two annual Open House events for new families. These events allow prospective families the opportunity to observe the rhythms of the school, ask pertinent questions, and receive important information regarding the application and registration process.
Attendance at one of the Open Houses is not required, but is highly encouraged. Those who do attend the Open House receive priority review of their application and have the opportunity to observe, first hand, how the school operates during a typical school day. Make sure to sign-in at the Open House so that your attendance is recorded.

Our open houses will be conducted in New Heights Church sanctuary. A school tour will follow the meeting.

Payment Policy
We offer two options of payment.
Families will need to enroll with FACTS in order to make tuition payments. There is a one-time FACTS fee for either a lump sum payment plan, or a per month fee for monthly payment plans.
- One lump sum payment of the entire tuition (most cost effective method)
- Ten monthly payments of tuition cost plus an additional fees.
Withdrawal & Refunds Policy
Once your child is enrolled, if you wish to withdraw your child from enrollment at Excelsior, then you must email Excelsior the child you are withdrawing and the reason(s) why.
Our refund policy is as follows:
- If a child is withdrawn before June 15th tuition will not be charged.
- If a child is withdrawn between June 15th and Aug 1st the family will be billed and held responsible for 50% of the tuition fee.
- If a child is withdrawn after Aug 1st the family will be responsible for 100% of the tuition payment.
No refunds of student tuition or release from remaining student tuition bills will be given except for the following reasons:
- Death of a parent
- Loss of a job (parent)
- Moving out-of-state or beyond a 50-mile radius
