- Early Registration Fee: $80 per student (by January 27th)

Tuition: High School
- All High School Courses: $510 per course
- High School Lab Fees: $70
- High School Study Halls: $140 each
- High School Bundle (3 courses): $1,380
- High School Honors Fee: $75 per course paid to teacher
Open House
Excelsior offers two annual Open House events for new families. These events allow prospective families the opportunity to observe the rhythms of the school, ask pertinent questions, and receive important information regarding the application and registration process.
Attendance at one of the Open Houses is not required, but is highly encouraged. Those who do attend the Open House receive priority review of their application and have the opportunity to observe, first hand, how the school operates during a typical school day. Make sure to sign-in at the Open House so that your attendance is recorded.

Our open houses will be conducted in New Heights Church Sanctuary. A school tour will follow the meeting.

Payment Policy
Excelsior will send an invoice for Tuition Payment by June 1st prior to the start of the upcoming school year.
We offer two options of payment.
Families will need to enroll with FACTS in order to make tuition payments. There is a one-time FACTS fee of either $25 (for lump sum payment) or $55 (for monthly payments).
- One lump sum payment of the entire tuition (most cost effective method)
- Ten monthly payments of tuition cost plus an additional fees.
Withdrawal & Refunds Policy
Once your child is enrolled, if you wish to withdraw your child from enrollment at Excelsior, then you must email Excelsior the child you are withdrawing and the reason(s) why.
Our refund policy is as follows:
- If a child is withdrawn before June 15th tuition will not be charged.
- If a child is withdrawn between June 15th and July 15th the family will be billed and held responsible for 50% of the tuition fee.
- If a child is withdrawn after July 15th the family will be responsible for 100% of the tuition payment.
No refunds of student tuition or release from remaining student tuition bills will be given except for the following reasons:
- Death of a parent
- Loss of a job (parent)
- Moving out-of-state or beyond a 50-mile radius
